The RNA group meets every Thursday evening from 6 to 7 pm. This group is designed to support and encourage healing from wounds and relational trauma from narcissistic relationships. Meeting with others who are at various stages of healing from these relationships can help you feel less alone, more connected, and equip you to manage and create existing and new relationships in the future.
Facilitated by Chris Pressler, LPC, this 7 week course will meet in person, is limited to 7 members. Group members have access to the free RNA support group to facilitate continued growth, healing, and accountability after completing the initial RNA group.

Losing a loved one can be an isolating experience. Our meaning of life may come into question as more & more facets of existence require honest & profound examination. In respect of this self-examination, we gather as a supportive, accepting, and non-judgmental community to share our stories of loss, & process grief, in a secular space free of religious instruction or influence.
