I am passionate about working with LGBTQ+ individuals, couples, and families to ensure everyone has access to getting the care and support they deserve.

I know how difficult it can be to find an affirming, celebratory space for marginalized folx and strive to offer that for my clients. I also am passionate about working with people who have experienced trauma, particularly developmental and relational trauma. The groundwork for the rest of our lives is set in childhood, and understanding how our early years are impacting us in the present can be life-changing work. As a therapist, I believe my role is to be your biggest cheerleader, walking alongside you as you dig deep into yourself. I utilize an emotion-focused lens to help you understand the role and impact your emotions have on you. Together, we will work on establishing a secure sense of self, become more comfortable experiencing all emotions, and develop secure attachments to the people in your life.
